Refund Policy

ALLBRANDS guarantees that your order will arrive in good condition or we will replace it.
We must be advised within 48 hours of goods that have not arrived in good condition for our replacement policy to be valid.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
Shipping charges (one way) and any bank/ card fees incurred will be deducted from orders that are cancelled AFTER the order has been posted.

Payment

Payment is required in full before the order is processed.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Paypal and bank transfer
